Instructions For Use
Ensure optimal results by following these guidelines:
Preparation:
Always apply with clean, dry hands.
Initially, test a small amount on your skin to see how far it the spread.
Usage:
Apply just enough to the affected area as needed.
Do not overapply at once. Small and frequent applications are better.
For acute pain/swelling:
Day 1: Apply every 15 minutes during the first hour. Thereafter, use 3-5 times for the rest of the day.
Day 2: Apply 3-5 times, beginning in the morning and ending at bedtime.
Day 3: Apply 2-3 times. If you're pleased with the results, don't forget to share your experience with friends!
Day 4 and beyond: Typically 1-2 times per day is fine, results will vary depending on the severity of pain/swelling.
For chronic pain/swelling:
Start by applying every 15 minutes during the first hour, followed by 3-5 times for the rest of the day.
Once the pain and swelling have reduced noticeably and show no further improvement, switch to applying 1-2 times daily. Continue this routine for at least a week even after the pain has subsided. This is important to ensure proper healing…not just pain relief.
For Migraines:
Application on the neck, shoulders, and up to the base of the skull can be beneficial.
Additionally, consider applying to temples, forehead, behind the jaw, and below the ears. For those with no hair, applying to the scalp can also be effective.
